Weekend movies:
Thanmathra
Rang De Basanti
Kanchipuram
Three world-class movies in three different languages. We were in awe watching these movies. Particularly, Thanmathra was great. I was not knowing much about the Alzheimer disease before this. We are planning to watch more malayalam movies from now on. Lets see how it goes!

u have to watch Thirakatha then. u will love it...so is Boothakannadi. But I will warn you that the latter is a slow one. Eee Puzhayam Kadannu is a nice movie too.
I will watch Thanmathra. Have you heard this song 'Kaatru veliyidai' from the movie? Its great to watch and listen...Give it a try if u get time...
Shobana,
Thanks for the suggestions. I will watch them defly. Do u watch mallu movies regularly?
Rekha,
We skipped all the songs :-). But I will watch this in youtube..
Thanmathra is supposed to be one of Lal's best but I somehow didn't like his controlled acting in it coz I felt in many places, he was trying too hard. That shouldn't be the case for a natural actor.
Yeah..u r right Swapna. Even at times, I think the TV actors here are far better than our best of the best kamal and Mohanlal.
